Did any of you see Matt Savoie skate tonight? He is such a unique skater- I just think he's the one to watch. Just mesmerizing. I love how he surprises you with each jump. I can't stand it when men or women skaters pause in the middle of their routines anticipating their jump- it just doesn't flow natural when they do that. Remember Seryia Bonalie- she was the worst with her long pauses.
Oh, we got our snow they predicted- and we're still getting it- we're supposed to get another six inches tonight and we probably have close to a foot now! Paul is out snowblowing so hopefully he'll be able to drive out in the morning!
Katia and Grandpa went ice skating after school today- they had the whole rink to themselves and the zamboni had just polished it. Katia apparently kept getting upset that Grandpa was messing up the ice.:0)
Tyler got the part he tried out for in the Dreamcatcher musical. He's the peacechild and the play will be in the middle of March.
I made some homemade broccoli cheese soup and some homemade bread for supper. Unfortunately, Tayton and I were the only ones that liked the soup. He even had seconds! So I have oodles left over. Seems that if it doesn't have meat, Paul is less than interested.
Dad and Joy are going to leave for California tonight and through the blizzard in Green Bay- they'll need some extra prayers the next couple days as they are heading right into that front.
Keep on blogging!
