We three

Or is it us three? It's just me, Katia and Tayton this weekend. Paul and Tyler and eight others are fishing, and getting rained on I'm sure. It wasn't even supposed to rain this weekend at all! The thought crossed my mind today that I wonder if any one has sued their weatherman? How can they keep their jobs when they are continually wrong! And it's not just our Marquette metiorologist, it's the Weather Channel as well! It's a fleecing of America!

We had Word of Life pool party last night- Katia and Tyler had reached their silver level by a certain date during the year and they decided to have the party in the summer. So that was interesting. Tayton ran right up to a large neighbor dog that was on a clothesline leash! I thought he was going to get bit for sure! Add a few more gray hairs...

Today, my mom offered to watch the Tayton for me so that Katia and could go golfing. Well, that was two days ago, then our weatherman was wrong, so anyway- we decided it best to do the movies instead. We saw Cars. It was cute, a little long, but endearing. Katia loved it and said that she decided that she wants to race racecars when she grows up! What a nut!

I stuck some croatian chicken and baked potatoes in the oven and we went for a walk/run. I tried starting this interval type training a couple weeks ago and was suprised at the endurance I had. I'm hoping eventually, I'll be able to run the whole way home. I've always had problems with lung pain when I ran in high school- it was never diagnosed as asthma or anything, but it has always been something that made me not like to run at all. So doing this alternating type running, doesn't give me any trouble at all and it feels good. Ah, that chicken. I think either the trick is rotisserie over a fire or I just got a really good batch a while back. The subsequent batches I have made have been dull and rubbery in the oven. Kind of a bummer. Paul has the tripod up at their camp this weekend though and I couldn't even light our little portable gas grill, so in the oven it had to go.

Well, I guess I better get Tayton in the tub and ready for bed. We've managed to go down to one nap- little by little. He's been sleeping a little later in the morning so that helped a ton and now he goes to bed earlier at night cause he's just plain worn out:0)
Till next time...
