Tyler made the front page of the sport section in our little paper! I told him it's his big football debute:-) I thought of scanning it in and posting it here, but remembered that warning I heard quite a while back about not posting your childrens pictures with their full names on blogs. Internet predator sickos can find right where you live. They warned about children's pictures in general on blogs so I've always been leary of it. Do you know that there are even some out there that will buy children's clothing on Ebay only to get your address of where your children live? You have to be more paranoid knowing the lengths some people can go to!
Well, Tyler was catching a swing pass mid-air and they snapped the shot. It was pretty cool. He really loved that camp, but is quite sore today:-)
It's a very humid cloudy day here today- I wish it would just rain and get it over with, but it's not supposed to rain until late this afternoon. We still haven't put in our air conditioner, trying to be tough and go a summer without it, we are. I hate humid weather though- there's nothing more gross! You just feel slimy! We'll be in the 80's for a while, I hope the humidity drops so we make it without putting in that air! There's only so much a girl can take though:-)
Just been informed by my local weather girl(Katia) that it's now raining- yeah! Relief is in sight! The wind is even picking up!
Well, it will be another pool day- the kids live in that thing lately. Tayton's been potty trained for the past month which is soooo nice! He just had a lightbulb moment one day and just started doing it. We've been trying for a year off and on though! He's even dry all night! Yahoo!
Well, I need to get on with the morning. We have to make a trip to the liquidation store by our house- it's like a department store with all clearance prices and I can get toiletries and cleaning supplies much cheaper than even wal-mart! It's only open Thursdays-Saturday though. For those reading that are familiar with the UP- it's like Wallace Mall- same owners actually. I've gotten comforter sets for $20 there that were right from Target! I LOVE IT! Have a good day everyone!
